Its managing members own Pacific Anchor Holdings, a professional real estate developer active in Southern California since 1994, which holds over 280 acres of land and whose assets exceed $126 million dollars. YK America Group partners with cities on redevelopment projects, and has current and completed developments in Los Angeles, Imperial, Kern, and Monterey Counties in the state of California.
